How it works
1. Talk to the owner
Mention to them that you know an agency that can sell or rent out their flat.
2. Enter their number in the app
Just name and phone. Three quick ticks to confirm you've spoken with them.
3. We contact the owner
We ask whether they really want to sell or rent. Once they confirm, the lead is active.
4. At closing you get your commission
Once we've actually received the brokerage commission from the owner, we pay you 25% of it against your invoice.
Frequently asked questions
How much do I earn?
25% of our broker commission — about 1% of the sale price. On a €300,000 sale that's around €3,000 for you.
When do I get paid?
Once the deal closes at the notary and our broker commission has actually been paid into our account. You then send us your invoice and we pay within 14 days.
Do I need a company or tax ID to sign up?
Not to sign up — name, email and phone are enough. But to receive your commission you need a Spanish tax ID and must be able to issue an invoice (autónomo or S.L.). We set up the autónomo registration for you free of charge through our tax advisor.
What does the owner have to do?
Almost nothing. We contact them briefly (call or message) and ask whether they really want to sell or rent. Once they confirm, the lead is active.
Is my contact's data shared?
No. Everything stays discreet and direct between you and ONLY Apartments. We don't share data with third parties.
